Foundation 1 went very well. I have more energy. Still having trouble standing with my arms outstretched. Have to hold on to the chair and don't do as many stand ups as you. I am so glad I joined GYF. Looking forward to Foundation 2.

First sessions were hit and miss as it was too much work. I had a hard time keeping up the pace. By the end, it's still work, but truly enjoyable and looked forward to not missing a day of exercising with Deron! I actually think I found some muscles. Onward to Foundation Season 2 tomorrow!๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

I highly recommend these work outs for core, strength and balance! Deron is very encouraging and kind spirited and educates on the body and nutrition. Also the importance of drinking at least 8 -8 oz glasses of water! I just completed the 3 Foundational workouts โ€ฆ72 of them. I tried to do 3-5 workout a week.My body feels so much better after. a work out. My balance isSo much better after back surgery 1 year ago. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness!
