I highly recommend these work outs for core, strength and balance! Deron is very encouraging and kind spirited and educates on the body and nutrition. Also the importance of drinking at least 8 -8 oz glasses of water! I just completed the 3 Foundational workouts …72 of them. I tried to do 3-5 workout a week.My body feels so much better after. a work out. My balance isSo much better after back surgery 1 year ago. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness!

I am thankful for these less intense workouts since I have also been in physical therapy, which is a workout in itself. I look forward to getting back with the full workouts soon.

I had covid twice in 2022. It left my entire body weak. I can now go up and down stairs with ease and have more strength in my arms and legs. I am thankful. Connie
