I am enjoying The Ultimate Program immensely. It is so exciting each day to do the workouts. I have learned the proper breathing techniques, burning calories, I learned what SMART is about - S - Specific - be specific with goals M - Measurable - is it measurable, A - attainable. R - Realistic, T- time - Is it attainable, realistic - and is timing right. I would give this program five stars.

Foundation one has given me a more positive attitude about life, has helped with the pains in my back and neck, and has allowed me to sleep much better every night! I also have lost eight pounds by exercising and watching what I eat. I look forward to season 2!

Love these workouts. They seem simple at first but they are challenging. Deron is a great coaxh, always supportive and constantly gives ways to adapt an exercise should you not be able to do it at that time. I whole heartedly recommend this program for any senior who wants to keep it moving! 😁

This is the first time I have stuck with a program this long. Deron adds small challenges so I don't feel overwhelmed. I also like that he keeps saying the instruction throughout the exercise so I stay on track.
