It has taken me forever to finish Season 1 but that’s because I bounce around the different programs. Looking forward to Season 2.I’ve been working with Deron for years and can honestly say the workouts are easy for me but I also benefit from them because I feel so much better when I do even 1 little routine first thing in the morning - after breakfast and before I walk the dogs! I wasn’t able to workout most of the month of May due to a back injury and man, I felt it! It’s back to 2 days in a row right now and I’m feeling so much better already!
