Thank YOU!! I’ve finished the first 72 Foundation exercises! I’ve also done some Core exercises and some Yoga ones. I’m ready for the next exercises! There are so many to choose from already waiting for me.Thank you! This is the best exercise program. With my phone or my laptop I’ve done exercises all over the country! They just come with me and are always there on the app or online. I like keeping track on the calendar as well. It gives me a sense of accomplishment to see the record each month! I’ve been doing Grow Young Fitness for 17 months and I can really tell a difference! It’s well worth staying active with Deron! We really do “Keep it Movin’!”

This program is excellent! I can do the exercises that Deron shares and feel the accomplishment afterwards. I've finished the Jump Start and Season 1 and now can't wait to dig into Season 2!

The Foundations Sessions with Deron have been excellent for me. Following his instructions I see improvements in my balance and my mobility in less than a month. The movements in these sessions are efficient and effective and easy to follow. The pointers that Deron gives along the way are beneficial as learning tools or memory joggers. The cool down portion of the sessions are relaxing and motivating at the same time. "Keeping it moving" with the Foundation Sessions is fun.
