It has taken me forever to finish Season 1 but that’s because I bounce around the different programs. Looking forward to Season 2.I’ve been working with Deron for years and can honestly say the workouts are easy for me but I also benefit from them because I feel so much better when I do even 1 little routine first thing in the morning - after breakfast and before I walk the dogs! I wasn’t able to workout most of the month of May due to a back injury and man, I felt it! It’s back to 2 days in a row right now and I’m feeling so much better already!

Thank YOU!! I’ve finished the first 72 Foundation exercises! I’ve also done some Core exercises and some Yoga ones. I’m ready for the next exercises! There are so many to choose from already waiting for me.Thank you! This is the best exercise program. With my phone or my laptop I’ve done exercises all over the country! They just come with me and are always there on the app or online. I like keeping track on the calendar as well. It gives me a sense of accomplishment to see the record each month! I’ve been doing Grow Young Fitness for 17 months and I can really tell a difference! It’s well worth staying active with Deron! We really do “Keep it Movin’!”

This program is excellent! I can do the exercises that Deron shares and feel the accomplishment afterwards. I've finished the Jump Start and Season 1 and now can't wait to dig into Season 2!
