I loved the Ultimate Program. I especially enjoyed the cardio in Series 6. My goal is to do 3 routines each day, as long as I'm home so following the order it made for a great variety. The routines got faster and since I'd had done 1-5, it was easy to follow. I also enjoyed the new moves added in. Now that I'm done I'm going back and starting at Series 5 and going through it again. I also throw in various Standing March routines, especially if it isn't nice enough to take a walk!
