I loved the Ultimate Program. I especially enjoyed the cardio in Series 6. My goal is to do 3 routines each day, as long as I'm home so following the order it made for a great variety. The routines got faster and since I'd had done 1-5, it was easy to follow. I also enjoyed the new moves added in. Now that I'm done I'm going back and starting at Series 5 and going through it again. I also throw in various Standing March routines, especially if it isn't nice enough to take a walk!

This program is beyond excellent for my age of 71. Deron starts slow and easy and gradually works up to where you feel a well-deserved accomplishment. I look forward to the many styles of workouts that fit my body and health each day.

I like the mix of workouts in this series. I'm doing the cardio workouts three times per week, and I do these exercises on the in-between days.I probably never would have tried the Yoga workouts on my own, but am doing so as part of the Ultimate program. By the way, why aren't the Yoga workouts numbered? The ones from Foundation and Cardio are numbered.
