I like the mix of workouts in this series. I'm doing the cardio workouts three times per week, and I do these exercises on the in-between days.I probably never would have tried the Yoga workouts on my own, but am doing so as part of the Ultimate program. By the way, why aren't the Yoga workouts numbered? The ones from Foundation and Cardio are numbered.

I did the challenge before but started it again and was glad that I did.I watch stuff on facebook and the exercises we do with Deron are recommended as well. I am glad that I have been part of the program thanks

I am enjoying the the Ultimate Series and at this point, I am about half way through Series 4. I enjoy the variety of exercises from day to day. It keeps it interesting.. The cardio workouts are my favorite but I enjoy them all. Deron is a great motivator.
