I feel so much better. Can stand up without use of my cane most of the time. My left hip is so much stronger. I just have so much energy. Looking forward to what comes next.

In my 79 years, this is the first (really) exercise program that i have been able to stick with. I have 4 trips planned this year and really want to be in the best physical shape I can be in. I have also lost 12 lbs in the process. I am feeling great and will continue with the program
