I am really enjoying this series -- love the variety! This was a perfect place for me to start after being sidelined first with a lot of hip pain and then recovering from a hip replacement. I am so glad to be able to be back to "keeping it moving!" Thank you!

I love the Ultimate Program. I am currently on the Advanced - Series 4, so I have 2 more to go. That will take a while. I am hoping by the time that I finish Series 6 Deran will have a new Ultimate Program or some more workouts for the Advanced program. I love that he has mixed up the workouts so that I don't have to think about the best order to do them in. He has worked that out and put them in the best order. This is great. Helping my balance, my cardio, my energy, my weight loss and my overall health. It is great!

This is a great exercise for the elderly and also for any age. This is the third time that I’ve started this exercise and now I’m up to Number 15 of the foundation exercises and am enjoying tremendously. Thanks Deron for the motivation that you give to me and all that participate in this program

I love the Foundation Series. It keeps me moving everyday. Deron is a fantastic instructor. I have also been doing the Core and Balance Practices in the Therapy Section. There are so many exercises for every part of the body from beginner on. The program is a blessing to me. Everyday, I have my instructions to follow right along with Deron. I am 82 years old. I used to do marathons but retired and slowed down a lot. This has got me all fired up again. Thanks and God Bless!
