i really love that each segment has different exercises. The only things i don't really care for , are the neck exercises , but i still do them. My neck is always sore after them.

Have really enjoyed the Foundation Series, I think I have gone through them 3x's. This body has needed them. It has helped my mobility a lot, from 2 knee replacements last year, I know the importance of keeping it moving! Thank you, so much!
