I went to my rheumatology appt yesterday. My dr was impressed with my improvement. I told her about my program and she wrote down the information. She said she has a lot of patients who would benefit from this.

These challenge me Deron and that's good! I do interchange these with less challenging videos sometimes depending on how I feel. But overall, great and I feel good when done!

I've noticed more stamina in everyday things. I don't huff and puff when carrying laundry up and down the stairs. I'm walking taller, faster and longer every single day. I like the fact that we don't have to do 20 or 30 reps of each exercise. That only frustrates me when I can't do that many or I lag behind. Deron is the absolute best and I can't wait to start season 2!!

I love the Ultimate program because it incorporates a good variety of workout routines. I started working out with Deron 7 months ago, and as I approach my 76th birthday, I am in the best shape of my life. I am so much stronger, not to mention 21 pounds lighter, and I feel great. Deron's consistent encouragement, as well as the GYF community involvement on the private Facebook group, and Deron's nutrition lessons make all the difference. The positivity abounds. The monthly calendar workout challenges are just yet another way to keep us moving. What are you waiting for? We can't wait to greet you.
