I love the Ultimate program because it incorporates a good variety of workout routines. I started working out with Deron 7 months ago, and as I approach my 76th birthday, I am in the best shape of my life. I am so much stronger, not to mention 21 pounds lighter, and I feel great. Deron's consistent encouragement, as well as the GYF community involvement on the private Facebook group, and Deron's nutrition lessons make all the difference. The positivity abounds. The monthly calendar workout challenges are just yet another way to keep us moving. What are you waiting for? We can't wait to greet you.

GYF is always there when I'm ready to exercise whether it be morning or afternoon. The exercises can be challenging, but not too difficult if you keep at them.

This is a perfect follow up to the Jumpstart Program. The variety makes it balanced and no struggling decisions on what to do next.

I'm enjoying this challenge program-I'm trying to do 2 workouts a day-5 days a week. I struggle with picking the workouts- I like following a preset program. Forces me to do things I probably wouldn't do. Wish me luck!
