Grow Young Fitness is helping my to get moving again. Pains in my knees, losing my dog which was my walking partner I quit walking that was a bad thing to do, after not walking or moving it didn't take long for my muscles to also suffer the not moving. This program is good not boring, uses muscles I didn't use when walking, a good all around workout! Excellent give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I feel like this program was meant for me. I have done the exercises every day with very few rest days but I feel energized with everything I do. The hardest for me to do are the balance moves because I have been sedentary for quite some time but I do my best. I want to do more in the hip and balance areas so I will focus on those in the afternoons. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

This is the best program out there for seniors and like anything in life that you feel will bring you success and benefit, you must keep at it and not get discouraged if you are experiencing a slump!Like Deron says you must "keep it movin!"
