Grow Young Fitness is helping my to get moving again. Pains in my knees, losing my dog which was my walking partner I quit walking that was a bad thing to do, after not walking or moving it didn't take long for my muscles to also suffer the not moving. This program is good not boring, uses muscles I didn't use when walking, a good all around workout! Excellent give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I feel like this program was meant for me. I have done the exercises every day with very few rest days but I feel energized with everything I do. The hardest for me to do are the balance moves because I have been sedentary for quite some time but I do my best. I want to do more in the hip and balance areas so I will focus on those in the afternoons. Thank you so much for this opportunity.
