This is the best program out there for seniors and like anything in life that you feel will bring you success and benefit, you must keep at it and not get discouraged if you are experiencing a slump!Like Deron says you must "keep it movin!"

I am so happy with this exercise program, who knew it would be fun to workout each day?! I have more strength & endurance, my balance has improved and I just feel really good about myself!Thank you, too for the nutrition tips!This program is truly amazing and I love sharing my accomplishments on the private Facebook page plus encouraging others!My family has noticed a change and encourage me as well. I love these workouts but this last one was more challenging because of my arthritis and rotator cuff issues but I’m hoping that the exercises will make my shoulders stronger. Sometimes I wish he wouldn’t tell us how to breathe. It confuses my own breathing rhythm. Otherwise I’m so happy I started this program🤓
