This is such a great variety of exercises. Second time through, ready for third. Plus, I do dozens of other GYF exercises along with this program. Thanks so much.

I think it is working for me. I find the sequence and pace of the exercises perfect for me. I love that each session is 30-37 minutes, with quiet meditation at the end. I cannot follow the "healthy diet" as prescribed, so I modify , and it's working for me, doing the best I can.

I love the Foundation programs!! They have helped me gain strength and movement in my body. When I first started these programs I had to make myself do them. Now I look forward to my workouts because it makes my body feel so much better! Thanks to Deron for all of his encouraging words as we travel through these programs together!! It is truly the only exercise program that I have ever stuck with and I am 66 years old.

I love the workouts and do these 4x a week. The other 3 days I do aqua fit at my local YMCA. I want to keep active as I am owner and captain of a dog flyball team, kennel club president, tourney director of our flyball tournament and do travel quite often with my dogs so it's important for me to be strong and flexible. I feel much calmer in my mindset when I do this program also as things can get a bit stressful at times. I know this program will help me achieve my fitness goals. Thank you so much. I look forward to doing these workouts.
