I just finished my first Foundation season! I am 73 and I have never stuck with any program for two months before! I so appreciate you for having a program designed especially for us seniors! The gradual progress keeps me from feeling overwhelmed and quitting. Oh, and the December Challenge helped to keep me moving so well, that I signed up for the January Challenge too!

Grow Young Fitness with Deron has a large variety of session choices; within those sessions a beautiful array of exercises, all led with Deron's enthusiastic, caring, & thoughful presence. An excellent trainer/coach he encourages open dialog with each & every client. I always look forward to my workouts, 3, 4 and 5 times a week and will continue with this very affordable program. I’m starting over. Been off line 4 wks. because I fell again. I was on line and I expressed how I was feeling. Some one said start with foundation and do what you can. I’m ready to redo an start over. I have been a member for over 4 yrs. I lost 40 lbs and resent I fell and started skipping class and started putting lbs back on. I have all the supplements. I take them and now I need to get back on track

Series 5 is a real challenge. My arms are really challenged in this series. These exercises cured my sciatica pain in three workouts! Amazing!
