I love it! This is my second time doing it. I skip some and do what I think is most beneficial that day. I plan to do these exercises as long as I'm able. It makes me much stronger and I might even loss a few pounds!

I’ve never really liked to exercise, but these routines with Deron are really growing on me. My body feels so much better. I started with knee therapy, then added foundation routines and now yoga. My attitude and my walking are so much better! I can go up and down stairs without hurting! I am so glad I found Grow Young Fitness. Thank you Deron!

The Ultimate Program gives me a challenging workout everyday. I’ve noticed improvement in balance, more stamina, and increase in strength. My knee and hip joints are more flexible.
