This fitness plan will surprise you, I've checked it out now for 2 weeks 14 workouts. They are never the same so you don't get bored. I appreciate the attention given to all the muscles. It's a good program well worth your time and $. Thank you "Grow Young Fitness"

I love the ultimate program! It's a great variety and I don't have to decide which workout I want to do. I just follow the program day by day. I especially love the cardio and the strength workouts...not too fond of yoga. Thanks for putting these together!
