In addition to the quality of the exercises, considering movement of all the body joints and the muscle buildup, the balance these exercises create is exceptional.Working out with Deron on screen makes these workouts fun. He is so conscious of creating movements for each of the joints/muscles with every exercise. This program has given me motivation to keep up. Finished Season 1 and 2...looking forward to more!! Will continue using the program.THANK YOU.

Not anything I expected, really surprised as I was afraid it might be (sorry) like what I have seen in nursing homes. In two sessions so far it works your muscles and I am pleased as with being close to 69 my knees are not so good but I want to stay in shape without the jumping. I am grateful for this opportunity to ‘keep moving”

Strictly Strength #6 is a really good workout targeting the shoulders and upper body. I could really feel the muscles working, today.I'm visiting my family in CO, and it is nice to be able to maintain working out with GYF wherever I am. Thanks
