Love the variety without me having to switch back and forth. it's great just being able to click continue on the homepage and be taken to a different program each day. The variety makes it interesting and keeps me motivated to continue.

I started this program in 2019. I have been mainly doing the Foundation category plus a smattering of various other workouts. I weighed and took my blood pressure yesterday. I went to my closet and put an very old treasured clothing. I took a few minutes and thought back to when I last wore those clothes, had that blood pressure reading and weighed that amount. It was about 20 Yeats ago. I am 73 now and not as quick, agile, or flexible as then. Lots of room for improvement and plenty of reason to continue with the work outs.

This is a perfect work out for me. Simply the best. This work out makes me feel stronger doing my out side yard activities while being able to walk the dogs and playing fetch games when we get back home. It makes my arthritis hurt less that I have in my knees. So happy I am doing this. Thank you

I Love the Workouts Deron does, and I amlooking forward to working out with him!I am a 66 yr old female, have always enjoyed pretty good health, but not so much now.I was recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritiswhich is very painful, and I have serious digestive issues.I know they were brought on by inactivityduring the Pandemic, no doubt at all in my mind!!!!I’m looking forward to getting back in shape and active once again!Thank You Deron and Grow Young Fitness!
