Deron is a wonderful coach. He has perfect form, and when you follow him your own form improves. The vast amount of videos insures no boredom sets in. If you have a specific trouble area he has videos to help with it. He is nutrition conscious, which is the basis for excellent health, and motivates us to keep moving, which is also necessary for excellent health. If your goal is excellent health, then Deron is who you want to follow.

I had a total hip replacement in 2007, and with a bit of some stenosis in my lumbar spine, I had noticed that my balance was a bit off, and I had weakness in several areas. The GYF workouts have truly drawn attention to where my strength needs to be. In just a few months, I've been able to show significant improvement...like standing on one leg to put my pants on, instead of holding on to something. I'm amazed at how well I had compensated for these weaknesses. I live on the third floor, and have stairs every day, bringing groceries, boxes of cat supplies, bottled water, up to my apartment. I'm feeling soooo much stronger, and know that a routine of daily exercise is so very important. Thank you GYF family for being there for me, and so many others. I will continue to sing your praises, and declare that everyone must "Keep it Moving!"Five Stars!!!!!

Love the program! So many different exercises so never boring. I’m more flexible and can touch my toes again. I like I can do them when I want to and never leave the house. I’ve been doing GYF for 3 years and still enjoy exercise. Never thought I would say that.

I have been doing Grow Young Fitness for about six months. It’s the only exercise program I have ever enjoyed or continued. I can tell I have improved greatly in strength and flexibility. Thanks, Deron!

I have never been an exerciser but thought I would try this out. Since getting it I have been able to actually do the workouts about 3 times weekly. I have not gotten tired of them, and have been able to increase my balance and strength. I live alone and I really want to be able to take care of myself as long as possible and this program is helping me to do that.
