The very best program for those of us that cannot get down on the floor, those of us that do not want to go to a gym, etc..Really this is the greatest program around for those over a "certain age" Seriously. I retired and became a couch potato, and could feel myself declining physically..Started GYF and was not consistent for quite a while..About 6 months ago I started taking it seriously and now, I am within a few pounds of goal, able to walk better, overall feeling so much better..Keep It Moving'.You will not regret it..Best gift you can give yourself.

Doing the knee therapy exercises has really helped my painful and stiff knee (patellafemoral pain syndrome). I have more movement and less pain. I don't think it will ever fully heal, but I am convinced that regularly doing these exercises helps. I enjoy the boxing and other workouts, but get my moneys worth from the knee therapy.

I love the workouts that Deron has planned. I started once and had to stop. I am now in it to complete. It had started working for me. I had only done a week and was already much more limber. My energy level had increased. It even put me in a better mood every day.
