Hi, everyone that may be on the fence to join Grow Young Fitness - I was there also - finally after eight months - I decided to join - I do not regret my decision - I really see my growth physically - my stamina, balance, arms, legs have greater strength - I look forward to working out each day. The GYF community are kind and loving people that cheer for your successes - no matter how small - join in I know it will make a difference to your body.

I love doing these exersizes. They always make me feel great and the best part is you do not have to get down on the floor to do them. Some of the exercises are ones the therapist had me do but like I said before I did not have to get on the floor to do them.
