This is a fantastic program to get back in shape, to lose weight and to feel energized and younger. I have been a member since July of 2020 and I love the variety of the exercises. I do morning and night bed stretches daily and then follow one of the tracks for increasing strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellness. As a caregiver for my husband, this program allows me the flexibility of exercising at home whenever I have the time. So glad I started to do this and plan to continue!
