This is a great program for keeping the joints “oiled”. It is easy to do and you can go at your own speed/level. Daron is a fun instructor who understands what the elderly can and can’t do. He never makes you feel inferior to those who can do more than you, but encourages you to try to do more. I always feel better after having done a session. And the good part is that you can do as much or as little as you want. Nobody is judging you!
