These exercises are from someone who is familiar with the aging body and also someone who is extremely pleasant. I have enjoyed having them available for years now and no other exercises compAre.

I highly recommend. The program works. I like its progressive it takes you from the beginning stages forward being a 22 yr stroke survivor it's has helped me. I've lost weight I'm moving easier getting in and out of the car easier. I have a positive view of life I know I will get better still thank y gyf

My balance has greatly improved since I started exercising with Deron. I have been a member since last fall. I worried about falling and decided to give Grow Young a try. You will see results if you’re consistent about doing the exercises.

I have been doing Grow Young workouts for about 2 years now. At the start of the Covid pandemic I bought some dvds & they were wonderful for both physical health, as long as I do them, the arthritis in my hip is no longer painful. They also helped my mental health by keeping me busy when we were all stuck in our homes. At the beginning of this year I joined the Founders program & I love it! Keep it Moving!!!
