I have a problem with my heel right now so I have not been able to do my daily walk of 3 1/2 miles a day. I was doing my bike, but getting kind of sick of it. I saw this program being advertised and I thought I would give it a try. I absolutely love it. Amazing what you can do in a chair. I am progressing so I am able to now do some of the exercises on my feet. You can do weights, cardio, yoga, kickboxing, and balance. I am 71 years old so those are all things that I need to do to stay healthy. Thank you Deron. It is a great program.

I am in my second week. It is wonderful. I definitely feel a difference in my strength, balance, and endurance. I am looking forward to what happens in the long run. Give it a try. I do not think you will be disappointed.

This program is really good. Darron’s bio shows that he has the expertise to teach/demonstrate the exercises. I have been following for a couple of years and feel guilty when I miss.

This starter pack is the best..It has helped me with my balance and the other exercises I can do at home, especially when the weather is bad. Usually, I like to walk as my form of exercise but do find Grow Young Fitness is very helpful especially at my age of 72..

Now that I am retired I knew I needed to get involved in some type of exercise routine to keep myself healthy so that I could enjoy my retirement to the fullest. I am not the type of person who goes to a gym as I am too self conscious. Grow Young Fitness kept popping up on my FB and I considered off and on for quite sometime before taking the leap and buying into the on-line program February 2021. I couldn't be happier that I did. I have ahsma and COPD and started this to help with my stanima, breathing and overall fitness - not as a weight loss program. Much to my surprise, I have benefitted in all these aspects and more. I even have my husband doing the pain therapy and walking series. I like that I can do this on my schedule and not one a gym dictates as well as being able to take it with me on vacation. I may not have my weights with me but joining in without them still provides the benefits.If you are on the fence like I was, give it a try and "get moving" - you won't be disappointed - you will just want more.
