I am 83 years old and this program fits my needs. I can choose the workouts that address the areas I need to work on as well as the time and days I can do it. The cardio is the workout that I go to because it includes weights and balance both I’ve had noticeable improvement following this programs. Anytime I have had a question or asked for help I get a prompt reply. I love Devon and his staff!

I absolutely love Grow Young Fitness! It is doable, summer or winter, hot or cold, or windy. I haven’t been in the Founders Club very long, but I’m already feeling stronger and I’ve even lost 5 pounds. I never thought that sitting exercises would or could help me, but they DO! They work my core, and my whole body! Deron is so encouraging and helps know how to modify if we need to. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness!!!

I am very happy with the Grow Young Fitness Program!! It is easy to follow along, can be done at home with or without friends or family and has been very motivating for me. I have kept up with it for 6 months or so! I would recommend it to anyone. It starts out slower then progressively ramps up which is great since I was not doing an exercise program before this.
