I absolutely love Grow Young Fitness! It is doable, summer or winter, hot or cold, or windy. I haven’t been in the Founders Club very long, but I’m already feeling stronger and I’ve even lost 5 pounds. I never thought that sitting exercises would or could help me, but they DO! They work my core, and my whole body! Deron is so encouraging and helps know how to modify if we need to. I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness!!!
