I’ve been doing GYF for a couple of years now, off for surgery & cancer treatment, but I keep coming back to get fit and lose some weight. I’ve lost 15 lbs with these exercises and diet. You really need to do both. However, each time I returned I felt like a wet noodle but gradually I got stronger. I’m doing chapter 3 of the cardio workouts and I’m doing it! That’s the surprise to me.If you’re thinking of getting exercising again after years of neglect, this is the program for you! And Devon, is the best leader, he encourages you every step of the way.
