It’s been almost two years since I joined Growyoung Fitness. Pandemic struck and there were no more exercise classes at our clubhouse. Our Lifestyle Director sent out an email recommending this program. I decided to try it and was hooked from the very beginning. Deron starts you out at a nice pace. The beginning exercises were all seated and averaged 20-25 minutes. As I progressed, I gradually increased my days and number of exercises. Now I try to work out every day for 40-55 minutes. Deron makes it very enjoyable, and it feels as though he’s actually with you in the room. I like that I don’t have to work out at a certain time. I usually am a morning person but the flexibility is great. I am very happy to have found this program and can’t thank Deron and Jeff enough.
