This is a great program. I love the variety of workouts to choose from. You will never get bored. The therapy workouts really helped my arthritis. Deron is the best, so caring and he is encouraging in a really supportive and nice way. I’ve emailed him a few times with questions about how to adapt an exercise to compensate for my arthritic knee and I’ve always got a response the same day.

I just finished the 30 day weight loss program.My stamina and strength have increased. I liked the variety of exercises: some seated, some standing and some with hand weights.

I have been a member of Grow Young Fitness for about 4 years. It is a program where you can choose which exercises you want to do and Deron is with you all the way. I just turned 81 years old and feel so much better after I exercise it is the most wonderful program that keeps me moving and I feel so good when I finish.

It’s been almost two years since I joined Growyoung Fitness. Pandemic struck and there were no more exercise classes at our clubhouse. Our Lifestyle Director sent out an email recommending this program. I decided to try it and was hooked from the very beginning. Deron starts you out at a nice pace. The beginning exercises were all seated and averaged 20-25 minutes. As I progressed, I gradually increased my days and number of exercises. Now I try to work out every day for 40-55 minutes. Deron makes it very enjoyable, and it feels as though he’s actually with you in the room. I like that I don’t have to work out at a certain time. I usually am a morning person but the flexibility is great. I am very happy to have found this program and can’t thank Deron and Jeff enough.

Grow Young Fitness is an excellent program that builds your body in small controlled steps. It is an excellent program for people who need more than traditional physical therapy exercises and less than traditional workouts that can cause injury in older adults.
