I love this program. I’ve been with it about 1 month. I feel better throughout the day when I exercise. I try to do it everyday. Thank you !! Hopefully soon I will see some weight loss.

It doesn't matter if you have a lot to lose or just a little and to become healthier. This has been the best program for me and believe me I have had a lot of ups and downs. Am seeing the weight come off and body getting stronger. As we know getting in shape means you have to do the work, there's no magic formula it doesn't happen overnight. I can't imagine not working out with Deron.

These foundation classes are easy to follow and do what you can. The new exercises are challenging and I'm looking forward to progressing through them. Deron is a wonderful instructor and exercising right along on the screen with me. This is by far the best program I've tried and I would recommend it to anyone.
