I have been using Grow Young Fitness app for two years, I started using it because I wasn’t able to go to my regular workout classes due to Covid. What I liked the most about Grow Young is I could do my exercises whenever I wanted to it also allowed me to try different exercises like kick boxing among others. I have a few health issues so using the different exercises for arthritis have helped a lot. I did a 30 day challenge and that was fun. When I went to the doctor the following month my blood work was great. So you see keep on moving really works. I would recommend everyone give it a try you won’t be disappointed.
