My 96 year old mother and I have been participating in Darron's Grow Young Fitness Program for Seniors online for almost a year and a half! We have come to enjoy Darron's positive and encouraging personality! Through his program we have kept moving through our isolation time during the pandemic. We have both gained strength, mobility, balance, and have lost/maintained our weight through exercising and good food choices! So grateful for Darron's program!

I signed up a year ago & only did a few workouts & liked them but not really committed. Now a year later & more than 3 falls & terrible balance & loss of strength so now I am in ready to make changes.

The Grow Young Fitness was a true blessing for me. I am over the moon with thankfulness because of this program. Deron is wonderful in the way he explains the exercises and makes me feel that I can do them even with the mobility issues that make it hard for me to do other exercise programs. He does most of the exercises from the chair and that is exactly what I need now. The exercises are easier at the beginning and progress with each group as you move forward in the program. This has been a life saver for me and I highly recommend it to any senior and also to anyone who may need to start out slowly.

I like the pace and gradual increases in speed and movements. I really enjoy actually doin the exercised with leadership and encouragement.
