I thought this was going to be easy and wouldn’t work.I found out that it does work! You start slow and build up at each workout. It has worked for me amazingly.I’m so much stronger and my posture is back. I feel so good after a workout and has helped with different issues that I had. I no longer have those issues. It’s a GREAT program. I love it.

Deron's Grow Young is a great program. I know you have seen several of my posts but I cannot tell you how much better I feel when I keep up on the routine of these exercises.The other best part of Grow Young - Deron doesn't stop at just exercises. HE GIVES YOU A WHOLE PACKAGE THAT INCLUDES THINGS TO CHOOSE FROM. LIKE SUPPLEMENTS, RELAXATION VIDEOS, YOGA VIDEOS, PAIN MANAGEMENT VIDEOS AND MUCH MORE. AND HE IS ALWAYS ADDING MORE VIDEOS. HE NOT ONLY WANTS YOU TO DO EXERCISES, HE WANTS TO MAKE YOUR WHOLE LIFE BETTER. I BELIEVE THAT HE REALLY CARES AND I DO NOT GET THAT FEELING FROM OTHER WORKOUTS THAT I HAVE TRIED IN THE PAST.SO IF YOU WANT TO WORKOUT WITH SOMEONE THAT CARES - I TOTALLY RECOMMEND YOU START WITH GROW YOUNG!! YOU WILL LOVE IT!!

This program is well worth every moment and every dollar I've put into it. I'm a 78 year old woman, I can hit a golf ball with power, I can twist and bend with ease, and I get out of a chair or the bed without any trouble. I recovered very well from knee replacement surgery and that recovery was due to having strengthened the muscles that support my knee. I'm not as consistent as I should be, but still, this GYF program keeps me active, moving and happy.

This program is a life-changing for the better adventure! Even if you can only sit in a chair, you will learn how to become much more mobile and flexible. I have noticed I can move better and with less aches and pains. There are many choices in the program- never boring, always filled with positive messages and tips to keep you moving.
