I have belonged to a lot of gyms and workout video's but Grow Young Fitness is by far the best one for me....perfect for the 50 plus person who may not be able to do workouts on the floor any longer. Give it a try, I am sure you will again with me. Blessings.

Awesome program , I'm really enjoying learning to live a more healthy life style . This program teaches you how to eat more healthy , work outs to do to help with body aches and a huge library full of workouts ! I have lost weight and feel more healthy !

I very much enjoyed season 1-24. My balance has improved. Session 1 is so different from 24. By saying that I mean, each session gets a little bit more challenging. Which is great for me. I love the swats and the lunges. Thanks for creating this program.
