In May I’ll be 79. in all those years I’ve started many programs and quit all of them in less that 90 days. I have now been working out with Grow Young Fitness for over a year. I LOVE my workouts- there is such a variety workouts to choose from.If you have any questions Deron will answer and give good advice - and the rest of the members will ALWAYS take the time to encourage you - they are better than some families- - I even got my husband to join up - - live this program-

I have been a member of GrowYoung fitness for 2 years and it has changed my life for the better. This program is easy and has helped me greatly with my balance, knee strength, and my all over health has improved. Trust me this is the best fitness program for seniors.

We are actually coming back to Grow Young Fitness. We were lured away by what was supposed to be a better program but it turned out to be a dud. Grow Young Fitness is much more fun and engaging than anything else we have tried.

Best workout program and I have done a few in my time. Deron's workouts are well suited for any level and is a must to stay healthy and fit. Plus I love the breakfast shakes and meal replacement drinks a lot! If you are sitting on the fence wondering about it then I highly recommend you give it a try. What have you got to lose? Excess weight, sore and stiff joints, easy mobility!!! Go for it, you will not regret it.
