Almost five years ago at the age of 70, I was overweight and feeling unsatisfied with my appearance and my ability to move around easily. I went through every program and I continue to go through all the new ones, then I picked my favorites always including Foundation and Cardio. I still exercise 6 days a week. It is additive! I want to exercise! Even after four years plus. I lost the weight and have maintained it and I feel better than I have ever felt in years. I would encourage anyone to try this program.
