I’m a 69 year old man that starting doing your exercises 3 years ago. I worked out before on a elliptical , which seemed to ware on my knees. Doing the growingyoungfitness exercises almost every day does not stress out my body. I never knew the proper way to exercise. I like doing the exercise tapes because, they are easy to do and I do feel younger. Thank you Deron.

This has been the best exercise program I have ever used. I have improved my balance & actually enjoy exercising. There is always encouragement to keep moving & do what you are able to do. I highly recommend this program! Keepi it Moving!!

Great program for folks who don’t like to exercise. It keeps you going, and some of the tips are really helpful. I feel the results……….., and it is obvious in my golf game! I am a senior-plus and it is a wonderful program to keep you moving.Thank you. Darrin is always cheerful and positive.

Almost five years ago at the age of 70, I was overweight and feeling unsatisfied with my appearance and my ability to move around easily. I decided it was time to get in shape and went online to try and find a free exercise program that would help. I was extremely lucky and found Grow Young Fitness. I exercised for 3 months with the free exercises, to make certain I was going to continue exercising and then decided to join. It was the smartest thing I have done for myself. The monthly fee is very reasonable and I now have access to all the programs. I went through every program and I continue to go through all the new ones, then I picked my favorites always including Foundation and Cardio. I still exercise 6 days a week. It is additive! I want to exercise! Even after four years plus. I lost the weight and have maintained it and I feel better than I have ever felt in years. I would encourage anyone to try this program. You just have to take the first step.
