If you are experiencing hip or knee pain, as I was & walking is becoming painful, I highly recommend Grow Young Fitness. Since I have been doing these exercises my pain has disappeared & my balance has improved DRAMATICALLY. I find Deron very motivating in a pleasant, helpful way. He's a great coach & very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Grow Young Fitness to anyone who struggles to stay on track with exercising.

This is not your everyday workout program! I enjoy the feel of having my own coach to help me to reach my exercise goals. I enjoy connecting to the online Grown young members page on Face Book. This may be a program using the chair but if you follow Darrin you will work up a sweat. Just keep it moving!

Grow Young has been a blessing to me. Deron is a knowledgeable and friendly young man who understands the needs of seniors. His exercises and nutrition advice are helpful. This is the first exercise program I’ve been able to stick with. He makes it fun and motivational. At the end of most programs, he has a short relaxation segment with some awesome scenery from around the country and around the world. Some of it is drone photography and you almost feel like flying. Oh, and the interaction. He usually asks a question and he actually responds to your answers with some encouragement to keep it moving. If you’re wondering whether or not to join up, go ahead. You will be glad you did.

I am 67 and my wife is 65. After she had a stroke we started the Grow Young workouts to help he get back on track. It’s been an amazing adventure with Daren and we both enjoy our daily time with Grow Young Fitness.
