I am 67 yo and have wanted to exercise many times, but never found one that I could do or keep me motivated, until I found Grow Young DVDs and the associated Founders Club. I can do these exercises standing and/or sitting on a chair. No more getting down on the floor and trying to stand back up. The exercises work. I can tell when I’m going up and down steps and bending over to pick things up. Plus I’m losing weight. Slow and sure.
