I love GYF. The exercises are easy to do and it's easy to follow Deron. I've had 3 major back surgeries in the last 4 years and the workouts have helped my pain. I would highly recommend this healthy program. There are so many options to do workouts such as strength, walking, yoga, cardio, therapy. There is something for everyone, age or physical condition. There's also a section for food, meal planning, and healthy supplements.
