The exercise dvds are a great workout for seniors . Deron is a great motivator . My group loves the variety of stretch, balance and cardio exercises . My husband replaced his lunch sandwiches with the meal replacement over six months ago and he is slimmer.

I workout from home and work on strength, cardio, yoga. There is a workout for areas of pain as well as balance Grow Young has saved my life. I can now hike, lift the groceries and the grandkids. I can walk. My hip pain is improving every day. I eat healthy and have lost weight. We just got back from Maui. I walked the beaches. I walked the side walks. I hiked in and out of the trails down to the ocean. I snorkeled every day. I have balance and put on my flippers in water. I have coaches available when I need them and the support of my husband and other Grow Young members. Hello world and grow Young Fitness. I love life. I am 72.

Great for all ages. I'm 61 and have titanium plates in my ribs, and left arm, plus I've recovered from several spinal fractures that were sustained from a terrible head- on motor vehicle collision caused by a drunk driver. This program has toned my muscles and improved my strength and endurance. I'll lose weight when I start cutting my calories. 😉
