Fantastic exercise program that builds upon previous exercises to strengthen your body. It's never too hard to do because of that order to it. You will enjoy doing these and will get stronger and more flexible as you progress through the program.

It was an awesome program. Thankful it was primarily sitting in the chair as I have problems with my back. However when we stood up and did exercises to help with balance; that did help me. I am know doing the yoga class and that class is going good. Thank you,

I've loved these. Just finished my 2nd time through with the cardio series in between. Great full-body workout; challenging, but doable. I'd love to see a season 4.
