I've been working out every day for well over a year and haven't found a single workout that I haven't enjoyed. I'll admit that some of the workouts are still a little challenging but I don't (and WON'T!) give up. I look forward to working out every morning which is something I've never done in the past. My stamina and balance have improved beyond measure. My surgically repaired shoulder feels better than it's felt in years. Even the doctor is amazed. Thank you Deron!!!

I’ve enjoyed it thus far. Sometimes he goes pretty fast when counting but I’ll just have to keep up with him. I love the leg burns after some routines. He’s a good instructor.

I love this program! It's fun to do something different everyday. This was a tough one. I have 5 lb weights which work fine on most exercises but the hardest thing for me is lifting both arms straight up from the side. I can do it but its really hard. Am I using too much weight or am I OK?

This is the best exercise program for seniors you can find! These chair start you of where you are & build strength as you follow the program as Deron has laid it out! Stay consistent & you will see good things happen to get you to a healthier body!!
