I have been a member of Grow Young Fitness a little over a year. I joined when I had shoulder replacement surgery to help with my recovery. I love being able to mix up the workouts, so that I don't get bored and quit. The exercise has helped me loose 20 pounds and that is a plus with my doctors.

Deron, you worked very hard organizing and researching all the ways that we could exercise and build strength and health to our Senior bodies. You encourage us and we see results. I already said how much I value the guidance of Growyoungfitness and Daron’s excellent interest in Seniors health. At 89 years 5 months I am getting along with At least 5 times a week exercises don’t need a cane and use The Therapy exercises for any joint or muscle pain I experience and it really relieves pain. And my faith keeps my spirits on the positive side of things! I have Artritis in ankles, hips and neck and also osteopenia. Thank you Growyoung fitness and especially for Deron and Jeff!
