I discovered GYF shortly after I had my hip replaced four years ago. It was the perfect accompaniment to the physical therapy prescribed by my doctor! I have continued with GYF for the past four years and find it to be perfect to maintain and improve my physical strength and endurance. Even my bones have become stronger! Deron's encouragement and totally upbeat videos continue to inspire me to become a better, stronger me!

I love that I found this program on Face Book!! It's for us seniors that that exercise or not exercise very much. I started at the beginning with the Foundation Series. Started at #1 and have now gone on to Cardio/kickboxing. The beauty of this program is you work at your own pace. You can do one or two or three...whatever your body will handle well. I have done Cardio #5 and #6 several times. It's been over 2 years, 3 years by November 2022. I have much better balance, I have strength, actual muscles, that I didn't have before. I love how encouraging Deron is as he takes us through each session. I'm sure whatever stage of exercise you are in, there is one of Deron's programs that will fit you. You can ask him and send him a message at any time and he or someone will assuredly get back to you really fast. I highly recommend this program if your 50, 60 or in your 70's like me, or even 80 or 90 like a few are this site. It's not too costly and you can try it before buying or buy it for 3 months to give it a good try. That's what I did for a couple of months before I signed on for a year. I love the variety of workouts! I have been going through these programs for 3 years, and I continue to enjoy them. I look forward to my workout time with Deron. I can usually go through an average of 5 workouts per week. I’ve been through the advanced programs twice, and am working on #4. I feel great and enjoy the sense of accomplishment I achieve after each workout session! Last year my husband joined in with me. Now we work out together as much as possible. Thanks for giving us Grow Young Fitness!

I love Grow Young Fitness as there are a lot of videos to chose from. Deron has videos for back pain & multiple physical problems...also Deron will comment after you have commented on a particular exercise plus the fact I don't like going to the gum. You can go @ your own speed. It is a well rounded program. Great investment!

I am leaving a review only because Deron's Excises really do work when I do them consistently I do not have to take any pain medications, the Excises are tried and true but don't take my word for it try them for your self and get your own results because The proof are in the pudding.
