I really like these excercises. I can progress at my own speed and feel comfortable with the level of work outs done. My hips are starting to loosen up and I have less pain. This is a great way for me to get back in shape and feel better about myself! I'll "keep on movin'"!

Just before Christmas I suffered a stroke. I only had a month of physical therapy afterwards because my insurance was canceled grow young fitness was exactly what I needed. The exercises are almost the same. Having this program is priceless for me.

These exercises are specialized for older people by someone whounderstands the aging body. I have taken exercises with teacherswho know a lot about aerobics but don't know about aging.
