Grow Young Fitness has been a life saver for me at age 81 years. It is convenient on my computer in the privacy of my home or I can take it with me wherever I travel. The Fundamental Programs gradually built up my strength and endurance, plus the special sessions (called therapy sessions) that have helped me if I have over done an area of body, i.e. knees, back, shoulders, etc. I suggest a person of any age, try it BUT especially senior citizens that want to continue enjoying life without physical limitations.
