Grow Young Fitness has been a life saver for me at age 81 years. It is convenient on my computer in the privacy of my home or I can take it with me wherever I travel. The Fundamental Programs gradually built up my strength and endurance, plus the special sessions (called therapy sessions) that have helped me if I have over done an area of body, i.e. knees, back, shoulders, etc. I suggest a person of any age, try it BUT especially senior citizens that want to continue enjoying life without physical limitations. TRY IT I THINK YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

I have been exercising with Grow Young Fitness for about 5 years, i have maintained a steady healthy weight since beginning this program. i am 84 this month (March 2022) . One of the many reasons I love this program is after having set backs (which happens at any age, but more often as I age) I can always start back again where I am comfortable & ease back into more challenging workouts. I am still very active with gardening, house work, enjoying my many great-grandchildren, go many places with family & friends. Play Boccia ball & 9 holes of golf.

I've enjoyed what I've done so far. I have a challenge with being consistent (just being honest) so while I am not always exercising routinely-I do feel so good after a session of "Grow Young". I just joined Founders and I plan to stay.

Have been doing this for a couple of years now. Feel much stronger and able to watch our 4 year old and six month old granddaughters. We are 79 and 80 years old.. We try to do different programs really like strength and cardio. D
