I discovered Grow Young Fitness on YouTube last year during the pandemic. I have done the exercises for a while there.. I went online and found them and starting doing the workouts in order as specified. There were times that many of us go through not wanting to stick with the program, as we want to see immediate results, or a personal problem occurs. I went back to the programs and continue to follow them, not every day, but still follow. I feel good on those days, and Deron is fantastic, he keeps you motivated and you exercise at your own pace. I thoroughly recommend you give his programs a try. What have you got to lose other than a few pounds:). Give it a try!
