I discovered Grow Young Fitness on YouTube last year during the pandemic. I have done the exercises for a while there.. I went online and found them and starting doing the workouts in order as specified. There were times that many of us go through not wanting to stick with the program, as we want to see immediate results, or a personal problem occurs. I went back to the programs and continue to follow them, not every day, but still follow. I feel good on those days, and Deron is fantastic, he keeps you motivated and you exercise at your own pace. I thoroughly recommend you give his programs a try. What have you got to lose other than a few pounds:). Give it a try!

I enjoy Grow Young Fitness for the variety of workouts it gives you .Daron is wonderful at keeping you motivated during his workouts. Most of all I like the choice of sitting down to exercise or standing.

I enjoy doing workouts with this program. If I want to make it harder I can by doing more of them at a time or using weights. It “keeps me moving!”

I love the variety of exercises. I have been exercising for a year with Deron and enjoy being able to exercise whenever I want. The program is organized so well so that you cannot become bored doing the same type of exercises day after day. I have found that my balance and stamina has improved and I'm moving much easier now. Try it, you'll love it.

I’m 74 years old and Grow Young Fitness has made me more flexible, stronger and mobile. Deron explains and demonstrates each move. I would be sitting all the time and unable to stand up on my own without his help. I’m enjoying my life because I can move. Grow Young Fitness keeps us movin.
