This exercises program has really worked for me, I am 72 years old and the exercises are just challenging enough without overdoing it. I really like the progression of the exercises in that each one in the series gets just a tiny bit harder. I also like the huge variety of choices so if I only feel up to a particular type of exercise, let’s say balance or walking, I can do whichever one I want. I highly recommend this program for seniors! It has something for everyone no matter whether you have exercised recently or not.

Grow Young Fitness programs are inspiring, just hard enough and very effective. The progressive programs work! I always feel better after working out and love that they don't take too much time as i own my own business and time is valuable.

I love being a member of grow young fitness. The exerci7are wonderful and helpful. There are many different exercfor all parts of the body at different levels. Great program. Product are healthy and good.

I recently had foot surgery and am gradually getting back into walking and exercising. These workouts are great for my foot recovery because of using the chair for most of the time. I appreciate the importance of exercise and healthy eating!

I have been using this program for four years at least 4 days a week and sometimes more. I am now 89 and am still exercisng . It has kept me mobile and flexible.Since mt vision is not very good, I do not drive. Tjanks to this GYF, I dont' have to go to a gym!
