Awesome program. I am 69 and just restarted following grow young fitness again. I love that I am able to work out at any level I want to. If I miss workouts, I go back to beginning to ease back into them. I drink the breakfast shake in the morning and even if I use water, it taste good. I often add fruit, baby spinach, berries or flaxseed. The snack replacement is awesome tasting and keeps me from grabbing foods I shouldn’t for a healthier lifestyle.
