Awesome program. I am 69 and just restarted following grow young fitness again. I love that I am able to work out at any level I want to. If I miss workouts, I go back to beginning to ease back into them. I drink the breakfast shake in the morning and even if I use water, it taste good. I often add fruit, baby spinach, berries or flaxseed. The snack replacement is awesome tasting and keeps me from grabbing foods I shouldn’t for a healthier lifestyle.

I have used Deron's program since 2018.The first year and a half I did great and felt wonderful. Anytime I got away from the program things would get bad.I started this January because of hip, knee, and neck pain (that pain is arthritis).As of now I am 99% pain free.My next goal is the weight.But for now I follow Deron's advice and KEEP IT MOVING.Thank you Deron.

I have been a member for about 11/2 years. When I miss a day it is hard to get going. I love trying all the new stuff but will admit I do not follow the food plan and therefore have not lost any weight BUT I feel better when I exercise. Sometimes I don't feel like it and when I push myself it feels so good. I sometimes cannot keep up but follow along best I can and feel so great after. I am very overweight but this makes me feel good. I am almost 75 and about 100 lbs overweight. I do better to do in morning -gets the day going for me.

I absolutely love the Grow Young Fitness program. I have flexibility of workouts at my own pace. I feel safe doing these exercises as they are low impact and either standing or sitting…no floor exercises. Since starting, it has become a part of my daily routine. I feel better and have more energy. I would highly recommend this program to anyone! You won’t regret starting it, only that you didn’t start it sooner! Thanks Deron!

I started this program 2 years ago because I had trouble with my balance. I have improved 1000 percent. The exercises are aimed at different parts of the body. And all you have to do is follow Deron.His instructions are clear,concise and he actually does the exercise so you know exactly what to do. The amount of time spent on each one is excellent. your not spending 1-2 hours on them.I have lost 12 pounds,reduced my belly fat.I may have abds one day. I am a member of the founders club and will be 84 this summer. .I feel so much better when I keep it moving.And there are so many different exercises you never get bored and you get to choose what area you want to walk on.Thanks Deron and staff Job well done!!!
