I started GYF almost 2 years ago during the Pandemic shutdown. I was getting depressed with being alone and doing nothing all day. Now, I'm still exercising and enjoying it. I feel good, healthy, and at almost 83 years young, I feel wonderful. My vital signs and lab tests are all at normal levels and I am at a healthy weight. I keep my weight in check with the WW (Weight Watchers)eating plan and am down 90 pounds from when I started that program.Working out with Deron is fun and energizing and the correspondence make it very personal. It's a great program. I highly recommend it.

I have been following the Grow Young founders program for about 2 months. the program is easy to follow and Deron has everything layed out for you. I can really feel a difference since I joined with my flexibility and strength. I am 65 years old and never thought I would feel this good. I love the fact that there is a routine that you can follow that does not require you to get down on the floor and it really works!!Thank you

I am 62 and have been a consistent member of GYF for over a year. Some of the things I love the most about GYF are the huge library of workouts to choose from; including the foundation workouts, cardio, strength, chair boxing; yoga, therapy; monthly challenges to choose from and so much more. I also enjoy the nutrition information and articles. I have lost weight (about 40 pounds) and my arms and legs now have muscles I never knew I had. I am much stronger, flexible and have better balance. GYF makes me feel so much better about myself and more confident. I consider myself a lifetime member and I don't think there is a better fitness program out there for seniors.
