I am 62 and have been a consistent member of GYF for over a year. Some of the things I love the most about GYF are the huge library of workouts to choose from; including the foundation workouts, cardio, strength, chair boxing; yoga, therapy; monthly challenges to choose from and so much more. I also enjoy the nutrition information and articles. I have lost weight (about 40 pounds) and my arms and legs now have muscles I never knew I had. I am much stronger, flexible and have better balance. GYF makes me feel so much better about myself and more confident. I consider myself a lifetime member and I don't think there is a better fitness program out there for seniors.
